New Equipment Terms
- Cost of returning goods to Camera Electronic Sales and Service under warranty is the sender’s responsibility. If the item is deemed not under warranty upon inspection charges may apply.
- Goods should be properly packaged for return, as goods damaged in transit will void warranty.
- Goods returned for warranty will be repaired or replaced at Camera Electronic Sales and Service or Manufacturers discretion.
- Second hand equipment comes with a 90 day warranty unless specified.
- All NEW products carry a 12 month Australian warranty period from date of invoice unless otherwise indicated or advertised.
- Warranty Items, with No Fault Found will be charged a minimum service fee of $25.00 + GST per item.

- Second hand products DO NOT come with caps, filters, straps, batteries, cases etc. unless specifically stated.
